Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz (225g) pasta (penne, spaghetti, or your favorite)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and done. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic: In the same pot, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
